Market Street Hosts 49th Annual South Montgomery County 4th of July Parade, Live Music, and Patriotic Photo Opp

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Market Street is the best place to celebrate our nation’s birthday. Join the fun this 4th of July beginning at 9:00 am as the community gathers at Market Street for the 49th Annual South Montgomery County 4th of July Parade - a patriotic tradition featuring marching bands, parade floats and local dignitaries.
Additionally, the shopping, dining, and entertainment destination will host a live performance from the Bayou Roux band July 4th from 6:00 – 8:00 pm and a patriotic photo opportunity throughout the holiday weekend.
49th Annual South Montgomery County 4th of July Parade: 9:00 am
The South Montgomery County Fourth of July Parade kicks off a “Wings of Liberty” theme led by Dr. Ann K. Snyder, with marching bands, fire engines, horses, and floats along with appearances from local dignitaries. Guests will line the streets and enjoy the parade, which makes its way through Market Street and concludes at 10:30 am. Live Concert: 6:00 – 8:00 pm
The Bayou Roux band will perform live in Central Park on July 4 from 6:00 – 8:00 pm. Guests may bring a blanket or lawn chair to enjoy the high energy Cajun and Zydeco performance.
