Montgomery County SWAT Team Arrests Multiple Suspects Wanted for Serious Felony Offenses

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Over the past couple days, the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT team made multiple arrests, including individuals wanted for serious felony offenses. The arrested suspects are as follows:

Severo Garcia, 43, was arrested on July 18, 2025, at Texas Children’s Hospital – Katy (18200 Katy Fwy) on an active warrant for Felony Online Solicitation of a Minor.

Samantha Ponce, 26, was arrested on July 21, 2025, on a charge of Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Duronda Essie Parish, 33, was arrested on July 21, 2025, in Montgomery County on an active warrant for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon.

Brandon Michael Nall Jacobson, 22, was arrested on July 21, 2025, in Montgomery County on an active warrant for Indecency with a Child/Sexual Contact.
