Deputies Arrest Two Suspects After $3,600 Tool Theft at Olympus Sierra Pines Apartments in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On August 17, at 3:36 am, MCTXSheriff Deputies responded to the Olympus Sierra Pines Apartments in the 1600 block of Sawdust Road, The Woodlands, Texas. A witness called to report a suspect was attempting to break into a utility van while a second suspect was waiting close by in a vehicle. Deputies quickly converged on the area and successfully detained both suspects as they attempted to leave the complex.

During the investigation, it was learned the suspects had stolen several tools, which were valued at over $3,600. Both suspects were subsequently arrested and charged with Theft (State Jail Felony). The suspects were identified as 28-year-old Tiashay Brown ($1500 Bond) and 30-year-old Quincy Jones ($10k Bond) and are both currently in the MCSO Jail.
