Conroe Man Arrested for Indecency with a Child After Investigation by Constable Gable’s Office

CONROE, TX -- On September 18, 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Children’s Safe Harbor unit received a report from Child Protective Services regarding the sexual abuse of two children under the age of 10. Pct. 3 detectives launched an investigation and discovered that Vincent Joseph Wilson, a 66-year-old man from Conroe, TX, had exposed his genitals to both children. Detectives from Pct. 3 gathered sufficient probable cause to file two criminal charges against him for Indecency with a Child/Exposure, a third-degree felony. On September 22, 2025, Constable Gable’s patrol deputies found Wilson and arrested him on both charges. He was taken to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is currently held on a $100,000 bond.
