Two Juveniles Arrested After Attempted Vehicle Burglary and Stolen Firearm Recovered in Montgomery County

CONROE, TX -- On Thursday, July 24, 2025, at approximately 4:45 am, Montgomery County Sheriff's Office District 3 Deputies responded to a suspicious person call near the 11100 block of Gilmore Road. The caller reported that two males were attempting to break into his vehicle and his security cameras captured the suspects.
Deputies quickly located two individuals matching the description in the area of the reported incident. Upon detaining the two male juveniles, a pistol fell from the waistband of one of the suspects. Both juveniles were observed wearing latex gloves and bandana face coverings attempting to conceal their identities. Further investigation revealed that the recovered firearm had been stolen.
The two male juveniles, aged 15 and 16, have been charged with attempted Burglary of Vehicle, Criminal Trespass, and Theft of Firearm. Due to their juvenile status, their identities are not being released at this time.
