Conroe Man Arrested for Indecency with a Child Following Investigation by Constable Gable’s Office

CONROE, TX -- On August 28, 2025, detectives from Constable Ryan Gable’s Children’s Safe Harbor Unit received a report from Child Protective Services regarding the sexual abuse of a 15-year-old child victim. Pct. 3 detectives initiated an investigation and discovered that Jimmy Tijerina Aleman, a 55-year-old man from Conroe, TX, had sexually abused the victim when she was 10 years old by engaging in inappropriate contact and showing her sexually explicit videos. The detectives gathered enough probable cause to charge Aleman with Indecency with a Child by Sexual Contact, a second-degree felony. An arrest warrant was issued for Aleman. On September 22, 2025, law enforcement officers found Aleman and took him into custody for the felony warrant. He was then transported to the Montgomery County Jail, where he is currently held on a $30,000 bond.
