Montgomery County Deputies Arrest Suspect in FM 149 Burglary; Methamphetamine Recovered During Search

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- Deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff's Office West Command – District 4 successfully apprehended a suspect following a swift response to a reported burglary earlier today.
Deputies were dispatched to a possible burglary in progress at the 7000 block of FM 149. Multiple units quickly converged on the location. Upon arrival, deputies located and detained a suspect inside one of the property's buildings. The suspect, identified as David Snoe, a 31-year-old white male, was taken into custody without incident.
During a search incident to the arrest, deputies discovered a glass pipe and approximately 2.7 grams of Methamphetamine. A subsequent interview conducted by Patrol Deputies yielded a full confession from Snoe.
Snoe has been booked into the Montgomery County Jail and charged with Burglary of a Building and Possession of a Controlled Substance.
