Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Raids Illicit Massage Parlor on Rayford Road; Two Arrested
SPRING, TX -- The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Organized Crime Division executed two search and arrest warrants following an investigation into an illicit massage parlor operating within Montgomery County.
In a coordinated effort involving federal and local partners, the MCSO Organized Crime Division, alongside agents from FBI Houston, Homeland Security Investigations (HSI), the Department of Public Safety (DPS), the Houston Police Department (HPD), and Customs and Border Protection (CBP), targeted the Shangri La Massage Parlor located at 435 Rayford Road.
The extensive investigation revealed that the establishment was engaged in illegal activities, specifically providing illicit sexual services to customers in exchange for money. As a result of the operation, two suspects have been taken into custody:
Huamei Lin was arrested on a warrant for Engaging in Organized Criminal Activity and Wenqin Lin was arrested on a warrant for Aggravated Promotion of Prostitution.
Both individuals are currently being held in custody. The investigation remains active and ongoing, and additional arrests are anticipated as the case develops.
