Two Arrested After Stolen Vehicle Recovered at Pinecroft Shopping Center in The Woodlands
 
								
						THE WOODLANDS, TX -- On October 27, 2025, deputies with the Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office Crime Reduction Unit (CRU), in coordination with officers from the Shenandoah Police Department, were alerted to the presence of a stolen vehicle in the area of the Pinecroft Shopping Center in The Woodlands.
Responding units converged on the location and successfully identified the suspect vehicle. Joshua Culver, 41-year-old from Nettleton, Mississippi and Stephanie Balderas, 34-year-old from Laredo, Texas were taken into custody without incident and charged with Felony Theft. Both are currently in the Montgomery County Jail.
A preliminary investigation revealed that the vehicle had been reported stolen out of Lee County, Mississippi. The Montgomery County Auto Theft Unit and the MCSO Organized Crime Unit responded to the scene and are currently conducting their investigation. Additional charges may be forthcoming.
