MCSO SWAT Team Arrests Wanted Felony Fugitive

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On January 14, 2026, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested wanted fugitive Cory Allmand.

Allmand, 33 years-of-age, was arrested on three separate Felony Warrants for Assault Family Violence Impeding Breath, Kidnapping, and Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon out of Montgomery County.

Allmand was taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail.

The Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office commends the professionalism and precision of its SWAT Operators for safely bringing these individuals into custody. This successful arrest also reflects a decade of strong partnership with the United States Marshals Service, working side by side to ensure fugitives are brought to justice and our communities remain safe.
