MCSO SWAT Team Arrests Wanted Felony Fugitives
MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX -- On January 30, 2026, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators, deputized as Task Force Officers with the United States Marshals Service Fugitive Task Force, arrested wanted felon Erik Eugene Olszewki.
Olszewski, 36-years-of-age, was arrested on a Warrant for Assault Family Violence-Strangulation-Impeding Breath or Circulation and a Parole Warrant.On February 2, 2026, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office SWAT Operators were back in action and arrested wanted fugitive Joshua Aaron Willard.
Willard, 32 years-of-age, was arrested on two Felony Warrants out of Montgomery County. One for Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon and a second for Assault Family Violence-Strangulation-Impeding Breath or Circulation.Both Olszewski and Willard were taken into custody without incident and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where they remain at this time.
