Constables Arrest Wanted Suspect Following “Teen Takeover” Investigation
SPRING, TX -- On May 28, 2026, deputies with Constable Mark Herman’s Office filed charges and obtained a felony warrant for Tia Cail for Aggravated Assault Against a Public Servant. The warrant stemmed from a “Teen Takeover” incident that occurred on May 23, 2026, in the 19500 block of Country Canyon Drive.
During the investigation, Sergeant Alejo reviewed body camera footage and successfully identified Tia Cail as the suspect involved in the assault. Charges were filed, and a felony warrant was subsequently issued for her arrest.
Deputies later located Tia Cail in the 3000 block of Hirschfield Road, where she was taken into custody without incident.
Tia Cail was booked into the Harris County Jail and is awaiting bond out of the 176th District Court.
