Multiple Arrested Following Methamphetamine Investigation in Conroe
CONROE, TX -- The Montgomery County Narcotics Enforcement Team, in partnership with the Department of Public Safety, recently concluded a targeted investigation into the illegal sale of methamphetamine in Conroe, Texas. The joint operation was initiated in direct response to complaints and information provided by concerned residents in the area.
On July 23, 2026, law enforcement officers executed a search warrant at a residence located in the 15100 block of Bennette Woods Drive in Conroe. The operation resulted in the seizure of approximately 35 grams of Methamphetamine, 4 grams of Tramadol, and 1 gram of Xanax from the property.
Five individuals were taken into custody during the execution of the warrant. Bolivar Valarezo, age 56, Billy Ivy, age 57, Allen Ivy, age 58, and Rebekah Johnston, age 48, were arrested and charged with Possession of a Controlled Substance. Additionally, 45-year-old Domingo Rios was arrested on an outstanding warrant for assault.
All five suspects were transported to the Montgomery County Jail and booked on their respective charges. The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office extends its appreciation to the community for remaining vigilant and reporting suspicious activity, as community partnership remains essential in keeping neighborhoods safe.
