Precinct 3 road projects underway this week

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Crews working out of Montgomery County Precinct 3 Commissioner Ritch Wheeler’s office are constantly working to improve infrastructure, mobility, and safety. Here is a listing of constructions projects underway this week:

• Research Forest Drive WB at E Trillium Concrete Rehabilitation
• Oakhurst Drive Asphalt Street Pavement Replacement
• Research Forest Drive WB at Greenbridge Concrete Rehabilitation
• Research Forest Drive EB at Greenbridge Concrete Rehabilitation
• Research Forest Drive WB at E Alden Bridge Concrete Rehabilitation
• Baywood Court Asphalt Street Pavement Replacement
• Branch Crossing Drive Asphalt Shoulder Replacement
• West Branch Crossing Drive Asphalt Shoulder Replacement
• Raypine Drive Asphalt Street Pavement Replacement
• Spring Pines Drive Asphalt Street Pavement Replacement
• Cranebrook Drive Asphalt Shoulder Replacement

Additionally, crews this week are removing and replacing the golf cart/pedestrian bridge on Sawdust Road just west of S Millbend, resulting in lane closures. These aren’t Precinct 3 crews; the golf cart bridge is owned by the golf course and this is a private project of the golf course and a contractor for the golf course.
