The Woodlands Township Veterans Day Tribute

THE WOODLANDS, TX -- Join The Woodlands Township for the annual Veterans Day Tribute as we come together to honor the brave men and women who have served our nation.

The Woodlands Township, in partnership with The Woodlands Fire Department, invites the community to attend the annual Veterans Day Tribute on Wednesday, November 11, from 4 to 5 p.m. at The Woodlands Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogan’s Mill Road. Held inside the fire station’s apparatus bay, this patriotic ceremony honors the service, dedication and sacrifice of United States military veterans.

The ceremony will feature a formal presentation of colors, musical performances and remarks from local dignitaries, providing an opportunity for the community to gather in gratitude and recognize those who have served our nation. Light refreshments will be provided.

As part of the tribute, the Township will host a Care Package Drop-Off to collect recommended items for shipment to military personnel. Community members are encouraged to bring donations and identify their Village when dropping them off. The Village contributing the most donations will receive special recognition with an award. Unable to attend the ceremony? Donations may be delivered to The Woodlands Township Town Hall, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, Monday through Friday, from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m., through Monday, November 16. Donors are encouraged to identify their village when dropping off items so their contributions can be counted toward the challenge.

Limited parking for the Veterans Day Tribute, including accessible parking, is available onsite at The Woodlands Central Fire Station, 9951 Grogan's Mill Road.
