My heating went out on one of the coldest days this winter and Jason came and diagnosed the issue the very same day. I’ve known since we bought the house we’d need to update the A/C, and Jason was completely transparent about giving me the the options of replacing the whole system or fixing the specific problem to keep the system functioning. He gave me absolutely NO pressure on whether to fix the small issues or replace the system and because the prices were SO reasonable and I felt so comfortable working with Jason. My husband and I decided to go for the complete system replacement in our particular case. Omar and his team with Macas, Rodrigo, Juan, Junior and Edgar were at our house the next morning and were fantastic. They were professional, polite, fast and clean. Everything was explained to us before they left and we had the new thermostat set and ready to go in no time! I am so grateful to the Woodlands Heating and AC and never thought that a service call could be so pleasant. Thank you all for taking customer service to the next level!! I’m grateful to all of you!
