This position will work closely with the Cardiac Team as well as the Cardiologists and Hospitalists to meet regulatory guidelines for best practice. The focus is on HF patients and working with the nurse navigators and medical staff to meet all registry requirements of care.

This position is hospital based, M-F, weekends and holidays off.
Previous experience in the hospital setting, preferably cardiac patients including cath, cv surgery, HF, Stemi/NStemi, TAVR, LAAO, EP. Cardiac Nursing a plus including IMU, ED, ICU.
