Business Office Manager for small Psychiatric practice with two psychiatrists and office staff. Medical and supervisory experience preferred. Business Manager will supervise and participate in patient scheduling, telephone communication with patients and their families, staff payroll and other HR activities, insurance billing, collections, accounts receivable and payable.

Must have excellent communication skills
Well organized
Friendly and Entergetic
Knowledge of MDX medical system (not required, but preferred)
