Agency Operations Coordinator
Position Summary:
We are seeking a sharp, reliable, and professional Agency Operations Coordinator to serve as the backbone of our day-to-day operations. This in-office position is ideal for someone who thrives on structure, enjoys wearing multiple hats, and takes pride in keeping things running efficiently. You will be the first voice clients hear and a critical part of our internal workflow—from answering phones and managing data to assisting agents with time-sensitive administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct incoming calls with professionalism and warmth
Perform accurate data entry and document processing
Work daily with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and internal systems
Support insurance agents with client communications and administrative needs
Maintain organized digital and paper records
Assist with carrier communications and policy documentation
Ensure office operations run smoothly and efficiently
Professional phone and written communication
Strong attention to detail
Proficient in Excel & Google Sheets
Organized and dependable
Able to prioritize and multitask and understand sense of urgency
Friendly and customer-focused
Quick to learn new systems
Maintains confidentiality
$12 - $16 per hour based on experience
