Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our industrial B2B sales efforts. Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and expand existing industrial route customer base while developing new B2B accounts

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industrial clients and decision-makers

Required Qualifications:
• 7+ years of B2B sales experience with focus on industrial route management
• Proven track record of team leadership and sales management
• Strong analytical and reporting capabilities with proficiency in CRM systems
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Experience with industrial supply chains, manufacturing, or related sectors preferred
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Engineering or related field preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel within assigned territory
