Job Description

Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in timely manner
Greet patients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Schedule and confirm patient appointments
Maintain accurate patient records and manage medical documentation
Verify insurance information and assist with billing procedures
Collaborate with medical staff to ensure office efficiency

Skills Required

Previous experience in a medical or healthcare office preferred
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Proficiency with electronic medical records (EMR) systems a plus
Friendly, calm, and professional demeanor under pressure
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional healthcare training is a bonus
