Woodlands Online, a family-owned digital media company since 1996, is seeking a dedicated Website Administrator to join our team in serving our community. As a Website Administrator, you’ll play a vital role in helping residents and businesses share information across our diverse content channels. Responsibilities include:

- Managing and responding to emails to support community members and businesses.
- Conducting web research to ensure accurate and relevant content.
- Performing data entry to keep site information up-to-date and organized.
- Writing and editing engaging content for various channels, ensuring clarity and quality.
- Social media posting
- Collaborating with our team to maintain a vibrant, community-focused online presence.

This is a part-time position requiring availability during weekday business hours. While remote work is possible, we prefer candidates who can work in our office most of the time to foster team collaboration.  - Strong attention to detail for data entry and content management.
 - Good written and verbal communication skills for writing, editing, and email correspondence.
 - Proficiency in web and social media research
 - Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
 - Social media experience.
 - Passion for serving the local community and supporting Woodlands Online’s mission.
 - Previous experience in website administration, content management, or digital media is a plus.
