Key Responsibilities:

Deliver engaging Spanish language instruction to students in 4th–12th grade using immersive, inquiry-based approaches.

Support and implement the goals of the school’s Spanish immersion and IB programs.

Foster a culturally inclusive classroom environment that promotes language fluency and global awareness.

Develop lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards and individual student needs.

Maintain consistent communication with parents and colleagues to support student success.

Integrate Christian values and character formation into daily classroom routines.

Participate actively in faculty meetings, school events, and professional development.

Qualifications:

Fluency in both Spanish and English (native or near-native proficiency in Spanish).

Bachelor's degree in Education, Spanish, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

Valid teaching certification for Upper Elementary and/or Middle School (Texas certification or transferable preferred).

Minimum of 2 years teaching experience, preferably in a dual language or Spanish immersion program.

Experience with Middle and High School Spanish instruction strongly preferred.

Familiarity with the International Baccalaureate (IB) program is a plus.

Strong classroom management skills and a heart for Christian education.
