Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing exceptional guest service throughout the guest's stay. This position handles reservations, check-ins, check-outs, guest requests, and ensures a positive first and last impression of the hotel. / The Night Auditor is responsible for overnight front desk operations while completing the daily financial audit of hotel transactions. This position ensures accurate reporting, excellent guest service, and hotel security during overnight hours. Common industry duties include balancing daily transactions, handling guest arrivals and departures, and preparing end-of-day reports.

Looking for someone that has experience with Hilton PEP systems. Some hotel experience is a plus.
