Creekside Village Dry Cleaners leasing at Creekside Park Village Center

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- The Woodlands Development Company (TWDC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of The Howard Hughes Corporation (NYSE: HHC), today announced that Mills Interest, Inc. has signed a lease agreement for Creekside Village Dry Cleaners in the new Creekside Park Village Center in The Woodlands’ Village of Creekside Park.

The 100-acre village center will be located on Kuykendahl Road between Creekside Forest Drive and Creekside Green Drive. Anchored by an H-E-B grocer and a Walgreens drug store, Creekside Park Village Center will feature a “village green” that includes a tree-lined park and water feature, retail, dining and office space.

Creekside Village Dry Cleaners is in the design stages. This is the third dry cleaners in The Woodlands for Mills Interest, Inc. The first location, The Woodlands Cleaners at Grogan’s Mill, opened in 1974 at Grogan’s Mill Village Center, followed by a second location, The Village Cleaners, at Panther Creek Village Center. Many members from the Mills family live in The Woodlands.

Creekside Village Dry Cleaners will provide professional dry cleaning, laundry, heirlooming, alterations and shoe service. “We are thrilled to be selected as the cleaner for Creekside Park Village Center,” said Stephen Mills, President of Mills Interest, Inc.
