THE WOODLANDS, Texas –– Volunteers are needed to fill vacant positions on The Woodlands Residential Design Review Committees (RDRC) for the Villages of Alden Bridge, Indian Springs, Panther Creek and Cochran’s Crossing. Volunteers must reside in their respective villages in order to serve on that village’s committee.

Resident property owners who are able to meet on the first Thursday of each month for Alden Bridge and Indian Springs, and on the third Thursday of each month for Panther Creek and Cochran’s Crossing, may call or stop by The Woodlands Township, 2801 Technology Forest Boulevard, to obtain an application. Applications are also available online at the link below, accessible from the Residential Design Review Committee page. Filing for the positions ends on May 23, 2014, at 5 p.m.

The Residential Design Review Committees are the architectural control groups within the community. Committee members serve in a volunteer capacity and represent the resident viewpoint essential to the evaluation and approval process that protects the integrity of neighborhoods and the natural beauty of The Woodlands. Each village committee meets once a month to review property owners’ applications for modifications or improvements to their properties.

For more information about Residential Design Review Committees, please call Kim McKenna or Neslihan Tesno at 281-210-3973.
