THE WOODLANDS, Texas - Dale W. Spradling, CPA was hired this summer as Principal at Karlins Ramey & Tompkins, LLC (“KRT”) according to Mike Karlins, Jay Tompkins and Matt Odom, CPAs and Partners of KRT.

Dale is Principal and a Director of Business Development at KRT. Dale has over 37 years of experience developing effective strategies for maximizing private wealth including: innovative startups, intellectual property, business taxation, succession planning, exit strategies, international, family limited partnerships, charitable gifts, along with estate and gift tax planning. Dale’s primary mission is to work with clients and their advisors to recognize opportunities for saving money and developing simple, but effective, solutions for increasingly complex problems.

Dale received his PhD and MBA from the University of Houston. He received his Bachelor of Science from Florida State. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Institute of Management Accountants, the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants and the American Accounting Association.
