BREAKING: Curtis Null named lone finalist of Lake Travis ISD Superintendent search, expected to leave Conroe ISD

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Dr. Curtis Null, superintendent of Conroe Independent School District, has been named the lone finalist of the search for a superintendent at Lake Travis ISD.
On his official social media, Montgomery County Judge Mark Keough made the following announcement:

Lake Travis ISD is incredibly fortunate to welcome such a dedicated, visionary leader. Dr. Curtis Null has been a guiding force in Conroe ISD for many years—serving in a variety of roles with integrity, strength, and an unwavering commitment to students, staff, and the community.
His leadership through both the most successful and most challenging years in Conroe ISD's history has been nothing short of remarkable. He has shaped the district in lasting ways that will benefit generations to come. On a personal note, having had the privilege to serve on boards alongside Dr. Null, I can say that his wisdom, steady presence, and friendship will be deeply missed.
Thank you, Dr. Null, for your tireless service to Conroe ISD. Wishing you the very best in this next chapter—you will always be part of our Montgomery County family!
