THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- This morning, Representative Mark Keough was in a car accident on the way to his Capitol Office. He is alert and in stable condition, having suffered no broken bones or head trauma. Medical personnel are continuing to monitor Representative Keough at St. David Hospital, South Austin.
