Tax Day tips in The Woodlands

THE WOODLANDS, Texas -- Tax Day is Tuesday April 18, which means you have until midnight today to get your 2016 return on its way to the IRS or file for an extension.

Some post offices are open extended hours on Tax Day, but not all. Call your local office to find out the cutoff time to receive that important postmark.
