Brent Stanfield has lived and practiced law in The Woodlands since 2006 and served as lead litigation attorney for an established firm in The Woodlands for seven years before becoming an owner and partner of his own firm. He has prosecuted and defended lawsuits against individuals and businesses in Montgomery and Harris counties in multi-million dollar cases for over a decade. Brent focuses on advising clients with their business planning, asset protection, and contracts.

He is board certified in estate planning and probate, and concentrates on probate, estate and gift tax planning, business planning and taxation, real estate transactions, tax controversies, and intellectual property transactions.
