"The club is extremely pleased with Cesar’s call into the U15-USYNT. His performances at the Summer Showcase playing up a year were outstanding as was his form at the end of the Spring season. He has constantly worked for years within the club to improve as a player and he knows his long-term potential." Dave Dengerink, Boys Development Academy Director.
