The Conroe Police Department arrest four people during a search warrant in East Montgomery County

CONROE, Texas -- On Friday, February 15, 2019, the Conroe Police Department executed two narcotics search warrants in East Montgomery County. The warrants were in conjunction with an ongoing narcotics investigation.

The first of two search warrants was executed at about 3:20 am in the 15800 block of Old Houston Road Conroe, Texas. Multiple suspects were arrested at property and charged with various crimes related to weapons and narcotics. Those charged included:

1- Dione Christine Allen w/f (47 yoa) charged with manufacture/delivery of a controlled substance, methamphetamine. more than 4 grams less than 200 grams. Allen was also charged with felon in possession of a firearm.

2- Raymond C. Pennock w/m (56 yoa) charged with possession of methamphetamine.

3- Valerie Hernandez w/f (18 yoa) charged with possession of marijuana.

At about 5:00 am on the same date, the second search warrant was executed in the 21900 block of Mexican John Road New Caney, Texas. Mark Anthony Wilburn w/m (38 yoa), was located inside the residence and taken into custody for manufacture/delivery of a penalty group 1 controlled substance, methamphetamine, more than 4 but less than 200 grams.
