City of Shenandoah Police Calls and Activity



Burglary of Vehicle – 18300 block of IH45 – Ford F250 was broken into by unknown suspect(s). Forced entry was made via a popped lock and various electronics were stolen.
Recovery of Missing Person – 9200 block of Pinecroft – 73-year-old male, who was reported missing, was located. Family and reporting agency were advised.
Driving While Intoxicated – 24900 block of IH45 – An attempt to locate a possible intoxicated driver was dispatched. SPD officers located the vehicle and conducted a traffic stop which led to the arrest of the driver for DWI.
Theft – 19100 block of IH45 – Suspect stole approximately $600.00 worth of merchandise and was arrested at the scene.
Burglary of Vehicle – 9300 block of Pincecroft – Ford F150 was broken into by unknown suspect(s). Forced entry was made via a popped lock and a handgun was stolen.
Driving While Intoxicated – 19000 block of IH45 – Officers were dispatched to an accident. Subsequent investigation led to the arrest of driver for DWI.

Significant Outside Agency Calls

Burglary of vehicles continues to be an issue in South Montgomery County.
Aggravate Robbery – Sherwin Williams, 1488 – A white male suspect, armed with a shotgun, robbed the establishment.
Aggravated Robbery – Arlan’s Grocery (Oak Ridge) – 2 male suspects robbed the establishment at gunpoint.
