Crime Stoppers and Houston Police Looking for Home Burglary Suspect

HOUSTON, TX - Crime Stoppers and the Houston Police Department's Burglary and Theft Division need the public's assistance identifying the suspect responsible for a Burglary of a Habitation.

On Saturday, April 20, 2019, at approximately 2:13 a.m., an unknown black male suspect broke into a residence located in the 5400 Block of Windswept Lane in Houston, Texas. During this burglary, the suspect was captured by video surveillance cameras walking onto the property and entering the victim’s residence. The suspect did not stay long due to the alarm system activating. The suspect appears to have fled this location on foot in an unknown direction of travel.

The same male previously came to the victim’s residence on Saturday, March 25, 2019, but did not burglarize the residence. He was caught on camera peeking through the victim’s windows and walking into the victim’s back yard.

Suspect Descriptions: Suspect #1: Black male wearing a dark colored hooded jacket.
