THE WOODLANDS, TX - The second annual fundraiser benefiting Hope Beyond Bridges is this Saturday, Nov. 9, at BMW of the Woodlands, from 6 to 11 p.m.

Hope Beyond Bridges is an organization dedicated to restoring hope to the homeless. Founder and Executive Director, David Droll, started the program in 2008 as a means to serve the marginalized, forgotten, and often times ignored homeless community in the Greater Houston Area. Volunteers have met every single Saturday
for over ten years to provide hot meals, hygiene kits, prayers, and encouragement to the homeless.

This year’s gala theme is, “Glamping in the Vineyards”. The main goal of the evening is to fundraise for a great cause. Guests can enjoy a wine and cocktail reception, games, a raffle, a silent and live auction, as well as a delicious dinner and dessert. The end of the night can be spent dancing in the vineyard to the smooth sounds of DJ Ed Madonio.

Master of Ceremonies will be none other than ABC-13 Eyewitness News Reporter, Ted Oberg, who has worked personally with Hope Beyond Bridges as a volunteer in his spare time.

Howard Schwartz will be the evening’s auctioneer. Some items for the live auction include:
- A true glamping experience at the safari-inspired Under Canvas resort, located only 25 minutes from Grand Canyon National Park.
- A luxurious 7-day vacation in Naples, Florida, well known for its high end shopping, word-class culture, and sophisticated dining.
- A VIP trip to the 2020 CMA Awards, Country Music’s Biggest Night! Previous performers have included Carrie Underwood, Blake Shelton, Garth Brooks, and many more.

There will also be a photo booth and valet parking for guests.

Sponsor positions are still being accepted, and tickets are available at www.hopebeyondbridges.org. To help out this wonderful organization, click the link for other donation and volunteer opportunities.

Hope Beyond Bridges states that, “Every penny is spent to serve those under the bridges and help them find hope for a future off the streets … We provide a safe and reliable way to feed and minister to the homeless in the Greater Houston Area, because a bridge is not a home.”
