Montgomery County Sheriff's Office Seeks Assistance in Identifying Tailgate Thief Near The Woodlands

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX - The Montgomery County Sheriff's Office is seeking assistance from the public in attempting to identify the vehicle and a possible owner pictured above. The vehicle appears to be an older model Jeep with tinted windows which was used in a tailgate theft. The incident occurred at the Holiday Inn Express, 24888 I-45 North near The Woodlands on October 28, 2019. Video showed what appeared to be unidentified persons exit the vehicle and return with a tailgate from a pickup truck located in the hotel's parking lot.
