MAGNOLIA, TX -- On February 25, 2020 Deputies with the Montgomery County Precinct 5 Constables Department were searching the area of Decker Woods in Magnolia looking for an individual that had previously fled on foot. Deputies received information that the suspect may be hiding at a residence located at 25810 Wildflower Ln. and they went to that location in an attempt to make contact with the owner. Deputies recognized the location as a known drug house and had previously received multiple complaints. While on scene, the owner stated that the suspect was hiding inside and gave Deputies permission to search the home for him. As Deputies searched the home for the suspect, they observed narcotics in plain view and questioned the individuals inside about them. Richard Paulson (33), Jason Rinehart (46) and Daniel Stine (39) all from the Magnolia area were identified and were found to be in possession of Methamphetamine, Marijuana and multiple prescription pills. All three suspects were arrested and transported to the Montgomery County Jail where they are currently being held with bond.

Constable Chris Jones comments: 'Our community deserves the best law enforcement services possible and I intend to continue to actively search for those bringing in illegal drugs and committing other crimes.'
