AG Paxton Issues Statement on District Court Order Unlawfully Permitting Voting by Mail

AUSTIN, TX -- Attorney General Paxton today issued this statement following the order from a San Antonio district judge:

“The district court’s opinion ignores the evidence and disregards well-established law. We will seek immediate review by the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals.”
