Montgomery County COVID-19 Update for July 24, 2020

MONTGOMERY COUNTY, TX - Montgomery County Public Health District, in conjunction with the Montgomery County Office of Homeland Security and Emergency Management, would like to announce that due to technical difficulties, we will only be able to report the TOTAL amount of cases today. Our IT team is working on the issue, and we hope to have it resolved and return to reporting all numbers on Monday.

Today, the TOTAL number of cases has increased by 153 to 5,597. Fortunately, we have no additional deaths to report today.

Take steps to slow the spread of COVID-19 in our community.

· Consider staying home unless it is necessary to leave your home.
· Avoid groups of people.
· Practice social distancing.
· Wear a mask (if it is necessary to leave your home).
· Wash your hands or use hand sanitizer frequently.
· Disinfect surfaces in your car and around your home.

It is open Monday-Friday 8:00am-4:00pm.
