Dosey Doe’s Whiskey Bar Grand Opening

THE WOODLANDS, TX - Dosey Doe Breakfast & BBQ (lovingly referred to as the DDBBBQ) is excited to announce the grand opening of our Whiskey Bar!

We have assembled more award winning whiskeys and bourbons from around the world than any other whiskey bar in Texas. Expand your whiskey knowledge with one of our many Flights available. Enjoy a locally crafted whiskey like the Balcones Texas Single Malt Whisky, made in Waco, Tx and awarded the Best American Single Malt Whiskey in 2015. Or, try the Macallan 18 yr Single Malt Sherry Cask Scotch, which is possibly the most awarded single malt scotch of all time.

In addition to our many whiskeys, we also offer a Build Your Own Old Fashion. Create a perfect old fashion with our award winning whiskeys, delicious made from scratch bitters, and the choice of four smokes.

We will also feature perfectly crafted cocktails and martinis including the Vieux Carre- a 1930’s New Orleans style cocktail that is both strong and smooth made with cognac, bitters, and Benedictines and a Reaper Madness Margarita made with the infamous Carolina reaper pepper.

Our chef has created a wonderful array of bar appetizers to go along with our regular menu including the Haystack-deep fried and well seasoned onion strings tossed with jalapenos and served with westen aioli sauce for dipping and Southwestern Fries-our house cut fries flowing with nacho cheese and topped with fresh made pico de gallo.
