Texas TreeVentures offers special events, extended hours this holiday season

THE WOODLANDS, TX – Texas TreeVentures, a program of The Woodlands Township, is now offering extended hours the week of Thanksgiving as well as the week of Christmas and week after Christmas.

• Monday, November 9 through Friday, November 20, 2020
Open Friday afternoons, as well as Saturday and Sunday.
• Friday, November 20 through Sunday, November 29, 2020
Open daily except on Thanksgiving Day.
• Monday, November 30 through Friday, December 18, 2020
Open Friday afternoons, as well as Saturday and Sunday.
• Friday, December 18, 2020 through Tuesday, January 5, 2021
Open daily except on Christmas Eve, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Texas TreeVentures is also offering two great special events on December 4, 2020. Experience a thrilling new way to climb as lights illuminate the course. Tickets for the Illuminated Night Climb are $40 per person and offered only for guests 13 years and older. Sunset & S’mores is a two hour climb beginning with Gear Up and Ground School. The event concludes with a campfire and s’mores. Tickets are $40 per person regardless of age. Protective measures have been put in place to protect both customers and staff from the spread of COVID-19. These procedures include washing equipment and high touch areas frequently throughout the day, temperature checking all guests upon arrival, distancing parties as feasible while gearing up, encouraging hand washing for 20 seconds frequently at washing station and utilizing hand sanitizer stations on the course and deck area.

Reservations are required. Participants must wear a mask when checking in or spectating around the course. All waivers must be filled out prior to arriving. Personal items must fit into a gallon size ziplock bag in order to be held behind the desk during your reservation. All other items must be left in the car.

Located on the campus of The Recreation Center at Rob Fleming Park, 6464 Creekside Forest Drive, Texas TreeVentures is a challenge-by-choice aerial adventure course for individuals 6 years old and up. There are certain restrictions and supervision requirements. Texas TreeVentures offers general admission, group rates (12 or more climbers), birthday party options, corporate events and more.
