Dr. Ed Robb, Senior Pastor at The Woodlands United Methodist Church, Announces Retirement

THE WOODLANDS, TX - In a recent post on social media, The Woodlands United Methodist Church in The Woodlands announced that their senior pastor, Dr. Ed Robb, will be retiring effective June 30, 2021.

'In case you missed the big announcement! Our beloved and founding pastor, Dr. Ed Robb will be retiring as Senior Pastor of The Woodlands UMC effective June 30, 2021. Dr. Robb founded our church in 1978 and has remained our pastor for 43 years. During his time he has overseen the tremendous growth of church membership and outreach. Bishop Scott Jones will appoint Reverend Mark Sorensen to become the Senior Pastor upon the retirement of Dr. Robb.
