Wanted: Fugitive responsible for Murder

HOUSTON, TX -- Crime Stoppers and the South Houston Police Department need the public's assistance locating fugitive David Rios Hernandez, who is wanted for Murder.

On Sunday, April 11, 2021, fugitive David Rios Hernandez was involved in a shooting in the 3400 block of S. Shaver Street in South Houston, Texas. During the incident, the fugitive pistol whipped the victim then shot and killed them.

Fugitive David Rios Hernandez is a Hispanic male, 18 years old, approximately 5'08”, 180 lbs., with brown eyes and short black hair.
