Tachus has subleased a full floor plate (24,517 square feet) at the Kiewit Building located at
3831 Technology Forest Blvd. Tachus is a fast-growing, local fiber-optic internet service provider with over 10,000 customers and is built on a foundation of family, service, and always doing what is right. Zach Rogers and Ross Foldetta of Foldetta Commercial represented the Subessee. Louie Crapitto of JLL represented the Sublessor.
