Constable Pct. 4 seeking public's identifying theft suspect in Spring

SPRING, TX -- On February 12, 2022, deputies with Constable Mark Herman's Office responded to the RC Toy Shop located at 19620 Kuykendahl Road in reference to a theft. The complainant reported that a male suspect stole merchandise from the business on February 9, 2022.
The suspect returned to the business on February 12, 2022 and admitted to the theft but would not pay for the stolen merchandise.
