THE WOODLANDS, TX -- The Amazing Kindness Race is March 26th from 9-11:30am at Southern Star Brewing Company. Choose from the individual chip-timed 5K (in-person or virtual) or the team relay that is inspired by the hit TV show, The Amazing Race.

Support Multiple Charities in One Fun, Family-Friendly Event

The team relay race allows family members, friends, or colleagues to have a blast racing through fitness and service challenges put on by local gyms and nonprofits.

Form a team and work together to complete challenges including:

• 5K

• Hula Hooping

• Climbing Wall

• 99 Health & Wellness Strength Challenge

• Hopper Ball Race

• The Adventure Begins Brain Teaser

Service challenges led by

• Meals on Wheels Montgomery County

• Inspiration Ranch

• Kids’ Meals, Inc.

• Montgomery County Food Bank

• Community Assistance Center

• And more!

It’s a great no-hassle teambuilding event supporting so many in our community at once! Silver Sponsor ZTERS is bringing about 45 employees to have fun and do good together.

The event supports local nonprofit Stronger to Serve in its mission to inspire kids and adults to be healthy, compassionate leaders. In addition, participating charities receive in-kind or cash donations AND all racers get entered into a drawing to win a TisBest Charity gift card that they can use to donate to their favorite charity.

The more people that register, the more will be given away, amplifying the impact across the community.

'The Amazing Kindness Race is such a great family activity! It’s perfect for all age groups, preschool to adults. I love that we get to learn about other local nonprofits and how we can help them. It’s the best day of serving the community and doing a little running too!' –Chellie Nelson, past race participant

Kids 6 and under are free!

Register by March 4th at https://www.amazingkindnessrace.com to receive an event t-shirt (with a chance to pick the color!). There will also be awards for the top finishing teams and individuals and everyone gets a finisher medal, custom pint glass and beverage (beer or soda). Kate’s Face Painting and other vendors will also be there to add to the fun.
Many of the participating nonprofits are returning for a third year and are excited to share their mission. They also know how important it is to make giving fun for both kids and adults.

“I love to participate in the Amazing Kindness Race to be a part of a community that wants to get involved, informed and have fun! It helps so many to spread awareness and gives the community a way to give back.”—Laran Cone, Kids’ Meals, Inc. Montgomery County Extension

Race starts promptly at 9am. Event is Rain or Shine!
