The Rose Announces Newly Elected Officers and Theresa Einhorn as Chair of the Board of Directors

HOUSTON, TX -- The Rose, a Breast Imaging Center of Excellence, welcomes Theresa Einhorn as the new Chair of the Board of Directors and announces the recent election of new officers. Theresa Einhorn, formerly a senior partner at Haynes and Boone, LLP law firm, is a longtime supporter of The Rose, joining the board in 2019. She serves on a number of nonprofit boards, including as former Board Chair of Performing Arts Houston and on the boards of The Society for the Performing Arts Foundation and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She is a member of the Greater Houston Partnership Executive Women’s Partnership and was inducted into the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce Hall of Fame in 2020.

The organization serves as the breast healthcare safety-net provider for Southeast Texas.


Outgoing Chair, Pamela Lovett, formerly SVP-Director of Business Development and Community Affairs for Comerica Bank, finished her two-year term as Chair and has served on The Rose Board of Directors since 2018. She will continue to serve on the board as the Past Chair. Lovett serves on several nonprofit boards and committees including the Greater Houston Partnership Executive Women’s Partnership, past chair of DePelchin Children’s Center and past President of the Junior League Sustaining Club.


Serving as Vice Chair of the Board is Teresa Thomas, a Partner in the Energy & Resources practice of Deloitte & Touche LLP where she provides consultative services to energy and commodity-related companies. She has over 20 years’ experience in the energy industry, and she joined The Rose’s board in 2018.


Robert (Bob) Tenczar, will be the Treasurer, serving for a second two-year term since coming on the board in 2015. Retired as CFO from Nationwide Argosy Solutions, LLC in 2014, he has continued his nonprofit board service through church activities, performing arts, and healthcare. He currently volunteers with AVANCE.


Debbie Robinson, former assistant to the head of school at The Kinkaid School, will again serve as Secretary of the Board. Her extensive nonprofit board service includes the Junior

League of Houston and the Association of Junior Leagues International, Inc., where she served both organizations as president. She joined the board in 2018.
