THE WOODLANDS, TX – HFG Wealth Management, an independent wealth management firm based in The Woodlands, today announced its first acquisition, acquiring the assets of an independent registered investment adviser based in Nederland, Texas.

The transaction increases HFG's presence in the Golden Triangle area in Southeast Texas, where they have operated for the past 25 years. As part of the transaction, HFG acquired a building in Nederland, which will ultimately serve as their permanent location in the area.
