SHENANDOAH, TX - The City of Shenandoah began a number of projects in 2023 that continue to bring changes to all areas of the city. One of those, the David Vetter Waterline Replacement Project, has been completed at a final project cost of $120,395.

The David Vetter Waterline Replacement Project consisted of abandoning the ACP (Asbestos Cement Pipe) along David Vetter Blvd and replacing it with approximately 930 linear feet of 8-inch C-900 Waterline via trenchless construction. This was one of the last known areas within the City where ACP was present.
